Tamara Waltermark was born in 1947 Katowice, Poland and came to Sweden as one year old. It was in her childhood the great interest to shape and design began.

But the feeling to create in clay was at first aroused at the age of 14. Tamara then moved to relatives in Israel to study and at the same time to learn sculpturing. After six years the regret of Sweden was too strong and therefore moved back.. But yet she continues to travel to Israel a couple of times a year to maintain her knowledge’s and contacts.

Tamara works nowadays most with sculpturing. To be a potter and sculptor makes Tamara express her imagination. Her sculptures speak for themselves.

Tamara exhibits at galleries and museums in Sweden, Israel and USA. She also represented by banks, municipalities and international companies.
